With my self and my wife settled here for over 20 years, we feel we are in a great position to advise people about a country that we now call our home.

My Self
My name is Jonluca, originally my parents are from Sicily though I was born and brought up in Manchester (UK). Graduating from Manchester University with a degree in performing arts, in the 80′s with no prospect for a job. I decided to take some time away and do some travelling.
Working odd jobs and travelling my way through the world, made me appreciate and see the world in a different light. I am an extremely keep fisherman (My dad and I use to go all the way down to Cardiff for our fishing holidays). Anyway after a year or so travelling I just fell in love with Canada. Its people and the surroundings. It was the right mixture of civilization and serenity that I was looking for. I am now working as a musics and arts lecturer in Ontario University.
My Wife
My wife’s name is Katie, and we actually met fishing. She was a on holiday office worker on holiday. And we just hit it off, and this holiday romance if you were lasted for almost 5 years until we decided to get married on 2nd July 1988.
We have been blissfully happy every since, and have been lucky that in the years since we have included a group of specular friends some of whom I will also wrangle to get some work done on this site. I really hope you enjoyed meeting both of us and we will be introducing many more of our friends and loved ones.
